We’d like to officially introduce you to our new esteemed Valleybrook Grill management team. Tommy Zurawsky (left) is Valleybrook’s new executive chef. After nearly a decade with the award-winning St. John’s restaurant, he’s paired up with good friends Jake Leonard (middle) and Brandon Moore (right) to open his first new concept here at Valleybrook! Brandon is serving as chef de cuisine, working on menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Jake is leading the restaurant overall and overseeing front of house management. This is Jake’s second restaurant, following the opening of Giardino on Missionary Ridge.
