Exciting news for our restaurant!
— Introducing Tommy, Jake, & Brandon —
We’d like to officially introduce you to our new esteemed Valleybrook Grill management team. Tommy Zurawsky (left) is Valleybrook’s new executive chef. After nearly a decade with the award-winning St. John’s restaurant, he’s paired up with good friends Jake Leonard (middle) and Brandon Moore (right) to open his first new concept here at Valleybrook! Brandon is serving as chef de cuisine, working on menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Jake is leading the restaurant overall and overseeing front of house management. This is Jake’s second restaurant, following the opening of Giardino on Missionary Ridge.
Some of you may have seen them around in recent weeks, and we encourage you to meet them next time you dine with us! They would love to hear your feedback as they build our new menu and weekly specials over the next few months. While we may shift things around and get creative during clubhouse renovations, we aim for our service and menu quality to be top notch. We expect nothing less from this dream team!
